    0t "tube licked"

Altec Lansing Model 9444B Tube Licked Sound 200W Pro Stereo Power Amp | eBay

    ok
using "tube" in a discription of an audio product that has no tubes in it, is getting a bit ridiculous.
    please,,,, knock it off.

I assume so, but I also assume its 'tone' is the same as the 9444A/SA, which is nothing like any tube amp I've auditioned.

the B is not as nice as the A model, The B is essentially a QSC 1400 clone. Entirely different amp.

Still a bulletproof workhorse though, wouldn't you agree?

I have a bit of positive sentiment for the 1400, owned a few at a time when i actually MADE money with them. Funny how that can affect your appreciation for an otherwise pretty mediocre piece of gear.
